Hangin' in there at 10 lbs. I recently have gotten a new spring in my "dieting" step. Stepping up the exercise, and focusing on eating what my body needs. Not necessarily what I want.
I am going to "hunger" myself today and see when I am actually hungry...then drink a glass of water while preparing something healthy to eat. Wonder what'll happen? Never really felt hungry before.
