Day 11

Down
{TWELVE}
pounds!

My clothes fit
sooooooo
much better!
{yay}

My day in food looks like this right now:
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
(with sweetener)


Lunch
4 oz. grilled chicken breast (salt and pepper)
(spritzed with lemon juice)
asparagus sautee'd in lemon juice


Snack
strawberries


dinner
4 oz. chicken breast grilled
(with lemon juice spritzed on it)
yummmmm!

tonight instead of having a veggie
I opted to have the other half of my
grapefruit from this morning.
I might pay for that tomorrow...
